Alyssa Collette, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with five years of direct experience serving individuals and families across diverse social service settings, including nonprofit women’s and children’s shelters, community outpatient mental health clinics, and educational institutions.
Driven by both professional expertise and lived experience, Alyssa is deeply committed to improving access to care and addressing the systemic barriers that prevent individuals from achieving long-term independence and stability. She recognizes that navigating fragmented systems often delays access to essential support, particularly for those experiencing financial and social barriers.

As Co-Founder of The Referral Book, Alyssa has partnered with Alexus to transform the way professionals, agencies, and individuals connect with community resources. Together, they are building a real-time, accessible resource hub designed to reduce barriers to care, strengthen collaboration among service providers, and empower individuals to access the support they need—without having to wait for connection through already overburdened systems.
